Warranty policy 
MS warrants each product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials within warranty period under normal use and service. If MS receives notice of such defects during warranty, MS shall, at its option, either repair or replace the products which prove to be defective. 
Our obligation under this warranty does not include any transportation or other charges for direct, indirect or consequential delay resulting from the improper use.
Technical Training
MS provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail or fax as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed at appointed site in China. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the distributors account.
Return Policy  
Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to MS for service (this includes custom charges). MS is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from MS to the customer. 
After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product. 
In order to avoid any problem to be happened during customs clearance ,the customer should notice MS in advance and follow MS's suggestion before sending back the defect goods.

Proper Method  
If meet any trouble, contact After Service Dept. with detailed information immediately by E-mail or Fax or Tel. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is better evidence.
